LionSpirit Whisky is a Cyprus product, aged and matured by LionSpirit Winery & Distillery in Kato Platres.
It matures in former Commandaria casks and is bottled at LionSpirit at 40% alcohol by volume.
Those casks once held Cyprus’s historic sweet wine. Their seasoned oak contributes the soft vanilla, caramel and dried-fruit character that gives LionSpirit Whisky its distinctive character.

The nose opens with vanilla and caramel, followed by dried fruit and a rounded sweetness from the Commandaria-seasoned oak. It can be tasted neat at the winery, alongside LionSpirit gin, zivania and brandy.
Whisky maturation continues in the LionSpirit cellars. Because casks develop individually in the Cyprus mountain climate, each release reflects both its wood and its time in Kato Platres.
