From Cyprus’ iconic zivania to pioneering gin and Commandaria-cask whisky, our spirits are distilled, blended, matured or bottled at the estate.

Our working distillery brings together copper-pot distillation, botanical blending, Commandaria-cask maturation and small-batch bottling.
Kingfisher Gin
Twenty-eight Cypriot botanicals, each distilled separately with juniper before blending. Citrus zest, lavender and rose, rosemary and mint.
