The winery
Indigenous varieties, expressive wines and Commandaria shaped by altitude, patience and more than 350 years of family heritage.
Grown and bottled in Kato Platres. Indigenous Cypriot fruit — Xynisteri, Maratheftiko, Mavro, Lefkada, and the rare Vasilissa and Promara — alongside Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache Noir. Listed light to dark.

Xynisteri picked for freshness — citrus, green apple and a mineral finish. The wine every tasting opens with.

One of the rarest indigenous Cypriot whites. Very few producers bottle it on its own.

Another near-lost Cypriot white, brought back into production. Fuller and rounder than Xynisteri.

Barrel-fermented Chardonnay — smoke and vanilla from the oak over ripe orchard fruit.

Xynisteri with Malaga — aromatic, soft, off-dry. Serve it cold on the terrace.

A medium-sweet blue wine. Guests photograph it before they taste it, then come back for it.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Lefkada, pressed pale and finished dry — for the months when Platres is the coolest place on the island.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Mataro blended for dark fruit, generous body and firm structure.

Cyprus’s most demanding indigenous red — deeply coloured and structured, red fruit and spice, aged in oak.

Mavro and Maratheftiko together — ripe, unfussy, the red for a long table.

Lefkada, finished medium sweet. Smooth and charming, and the easy first glass for anyone who says they do not like red wine.
Approachable house wines and hospitality favourites, made in dry red, white and rosé styles.
Xynisteri and Malaga with white blossom, peach, apple and fresh citrus; light-bodied with a clean finish.
An approachable Cypriot house red made for relaxed drinking and Mediterranean food.
Fresh, dry and easy-going, with the bright character expected of a mountain rosé.
A versatile trio created for hospitality service, available in dry red, white and rosé.
Our straightforward dry house wines for events, hospitality and larger gatherings.

From Kato Platres to First Class
Our Apollonia 1998 was selected for Lufthansa First Class — a bottle from a small mountain winery travelling far beyond Cyprus. It remains one of the proud chapters in our family cellar story.
The oldest named wine still in production anywhere, and the wine every tasting finishes on.
Our Commandaria — sweet, amber, and the last pour of every tasting.
A rare, deeply matured Commandaria aged for sixteen years and selected for Lufthansa First Class.
A classic expression of Cyprus’s historic wine, rich, amber and made for slow after-dinner drinking.
A generous traditional sweet wine for celebrations, hospitality and the family table.
The full range is available at the winery shop, open the same hours as the tasting room. For trade orders, private label or shipping within the EU, send us an enquiry.
