LionSpirit Brandy · Cyprus
Cyprus brandy, with Commandaria in its memory.
Long maturation gives LionSpirit brandy its calm depth. Former Commandaria casks add warmth, dried fruit and a distinctly Cypriot thread to our XO and VSOP expressions.
A Cyprus tradition
Grape spirit, oak and time.
Brandy has a long place in Cyprus drinking culture, from slow after-dinner pours to the island’s classic brandy sour. LionSpirit takes the more patient route, focusing on mature brandies with the structure and length to be enjoyed neat.
Our XO spends at least fifteen years maturing. The VSOP is aged for at least twelve years. Former Commandaria casks connect both to Cyprus’s historic sweet wine, adding warmth and depth without hiding the grape spirit beneath.
The result is a pair of brandies that belong to the winery as much as the distillery: mature, rounded and tied to the same cellar tradition as our Commandaria and Commandaria-cask whisky.

LionSpirit XO & VSOP
Two expressions of mature Cyprus brandy.
Brandy XO is the slower, deeper pour: at least fifteen years old and bottled at 40% ABV. Brandy VSOP is aged for at least twelve years and bottled at 38% ABV, retaining freshness around its mature oak character.
Taste either at the winery shop or compare the range during a guided spirits tasting in Kato Platres.
