Bookings are requests until we confirm them
Sending a form on this site does not secure a slot or a table. We reply by email, usually the same day, and your booking exists from the moment that confirmation reaches you. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please call +357 25 42 2525 — assume the request did not arrive.
Nothing is charged through this website. You pay at the winery.
Changing or cancelling
Tastings and table reservations. If your plans change, please tell us as early as possible. We do not normally charge a cancellation fee unless separate terms were agreed for a group or private event. If you are running late and we cannot reach you, we may need to release the table or move the tasting.
Winery and distillery tours. Tours run Tuesday to Friday with starts at 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00. The €25 experience includes the full site tour and six-wine tasting; the €40 experience also includes three spirits and a cheese platter. Advance booking is required, and any cancellation terms will be confirmed with your booking.
Private events and weddings. Governed by the separate written agreement we issue for the event, not by these terms.
We may cancel or move a booking if the weather, a production run or circumstances beyond our control make it impossible. If we do, we will offer you another date or refund anything you have paid.
Alcohol, age and driving
We serve alcohol only to people aged 18 and over, and we may ask for identification. We may decline to serve anyone who appears intoxicated.
Platres is reached by mountain road. If you are driving, tell us when you book and we will arrange a non-alcoholic tasting or spit cups without any fuss. Cyprus applies stricter limits to some categories of driver; the safest choice is not to drink when driving.
Children and accessibility
Children are welcome in the Bistro and in the tasting room when accompanied by an adult. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over. The distillery floor is a working production area, so access is at the discretion of our team and may not be suitable for young children.
Access varies between areas of the mountain property. If you have mobility or other access requirements, please use our enquiry form or call before travelling. We will confirm which areas and routes are suitable for your visit.
Buying bottles
Bottles are sold at the winery shop. Prices and availability may change, and the price at the till applies. Your statutory rights are unaffected. If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly with proof of purchase so we can put it right.
This website does not offer online checkout. Any delivery availability, destination, costs, duties and arrangements for loss or breakage will be confirmed with you before a sale is agreed.
