LionSpirit grew from a family winery in Kato Platres. We work with indigenous Cypriot grapes—including Xynisteri, Maratheftiko, Mavro, Lefkada, Vasilissa and Promara—and press, ferment and bottle on the estate.
Our distillery brought the next chapter: zivania, gin, brandy, Commandaria-cask whisky and a collection of remarkably smooth liqueurs. Innovation is never rushed here. It is refined, one small batch at a time.
